April 27th - “Chocoholics Dream” Andrew Thwaites from York Cookery School will be
talking about all things chocolate! All welcome
May 25th - “Love in the Allotments?” Local author Jean Illingworth will be talking to us
about her writing career and her latest book. All welcome
June 22nd - “Ding Dong!” Northallerton handbell group will be showing us how it’s done and who knows, we might even get to have a go ourselves. All welcome
November 23rd – AGM at the Moors Inn
July 27th – trip to Breezy Knees garden. Prebooked places only
August – No meeting.
September 28th - “Button Craft and Birthday Cake” Janet Frank will lead us in some crafting fun on our 95th birthday. All welcome
October 26th - “The Story of the Music Hall” Stephen Wells takes us back to the Good Old Days! All welcome. Prebooked places only
December 7th - “Christmas Table Centre” Lindsey Smith who will be guiding us through a floral centrepiece. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS AN AFTERNOON MEETING 2- 4 pm.

will talk about the work of the UWC and their drive to unite people, nations and cultures
through education. All welcome
February 22nd - “From Lastingham to Cropton” No need for winter woollies or walking boots as
speaker Jim Hall will take us on a virtual walk! All welcome
March 22nd - “Costumes in the Wardrobe” Pam Towse will be bringing some of the weird and wonderful items from the Middlesbrough Theatre’s costume department. All welcome.
